Came out quickly, fixed the problem!! When another problem arose, Shannon came out on a Saturday to fix that also. Offered to do it for free! It was the same toilet but a different problem. So I bought lunch for him and his brother instead. Great service, fair price...what more could you ask for??

This was a very good plumbing service. They were easy to get in touch with and very accomodating about setting up a time to meet. When he came to do the work he was very efficient, very nice and professional...and there was no mess to clean up afterward!
I've dealt with a few plumbers in the past for various problems, but Shannon is hands down the best plumber, nice and HONEST! Very responsive and equipped with all the tools to get the job done right .the FIRST time. He wont' steer you wrong or make you spend loads of money on unnecessary things. Competitve and the price is right. Very helpful and professional.. Really knows his plumbing. I won't use anyone else!
I needed a plumber fast because my basement was flooded. I called Performance Pro Plumbing and Shannon was there in a very reasonable time for it being a Saturday night. He quickly found the problem and fixed it immediately. I will definately use Performance Pro Plumbing in the future for any repairs and would highly recommend them.
