I have been using this business for about 8 years. Shannon really knows what he is doing, I had water problems in my home and would call him about 3 or 4 times a week he always made me a priority and got there within a hour to fix everything. He is very honest, kind and charges a fair price! I am a Realtor and I recommend him to all of my clients. If you want it done right call Shannon he really is the best!!
My basement was flooding on Sunday night, I called performance pro plumbing within a half hour shannon was here, replaced my sump pump that had gone out. Thank you performance pro could have been a lot worse. Even the price was great considering.
Found these guys on line and read the reviews which came to be very true. From the conversation on the phones to when they showed up at the house they were very personable and accommodating. Shannon is very professional, on point and expedient. They were even able to fix another issue I had with the shower. Would Highly recommend any time.

I read all the reviews and had a sump pump problem on a Sunday afternoon. I called Shannon and he walked me through some troubleshooting tips to see if my ejector pit sump was failing. It needed to be replaced and he came the very next morning. He did a great job and described all he was doing. He even gave us a break on the price of the sump pump. I recently had my ejector pump go out and shower water was starting to flood into the basement. I called Performance Pro Plumbing and they were able to show up at my door within 30 minutes and had a new ejector pump installed within the hour. Shannon was the guy that came out to install the ejector pump and he was very professional and answered all of my questions without a problem. Shannon arrived at the agreed upon time, assessed the situation and explained my options. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. Professional, kind and integrity are my impression of Shannon. He was recommended by a friend of my wife and I really thank God for him. I called him to fix the broken hot water faucet connecting to washing machine. My dryer was broken and I ordered a set of washer and dryer.
