Shannon and his team have done a great job. He installed a new laundry tub and on another ocassion rooted out our sewer line. He is professional, thorough, and very reasonable in price. He made sure the work area was clean when the jobs were compltete. We will definitely hire Performance Pro again when we need plumbing work done.

I CALLED PERFORMANCE PRO THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING FOR A PLUGGED UP MAIN SEWER DRAIN. I SPOKE WITH SHANNON WHO ASSURED ME HE WOULD BE BY MY HOUSE WITHIN 3 HOURS, HE WAS THERE IN 2 & OUT IN 2. HE CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS FROM THE RODDING EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIM I WOULD CLEAN IT UP. SHANNON WAS VERY FRIENDLY & EVEN TOOK A FEW MINUTES TO LISTEN TO A COUPLE OF OTHER CONCERNS I HAD & GAVE ME SOME ADVISE ON HOW TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES ON MY OWN. I WILL REFER ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY TO PERFORMANC PRO IN THE FUTURE.
If I could give 10 stars I would. I read through the reviews and chose Performance Pro (after my hubby did a plumbing repair). Shannon was very professional, timely, explained things and his costs were very reasonable. I have more plumbing that needs to be done so he will be back. Finally I have a plumber! Trust the reviews
Performance Pro Pluming is the best! I called them at 7:30 on a Friday night and Shannon was at my door in less than an hour. He was able to fix the issue quickly and he even cleaned up the water mess from a broken pipe. Because I was a first time customer he waived the emergency fee also! Thank you Shannon! My experience with this company was exceptional and I will not hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumber. Wonderful, wonderful company to deal with!
Shannon was excellent to deal with . He was prompt showing up and did the job effeicently. He had to go thru my ceiling in the basement to get to my toliet. I was expecting to have a mess down there after he left.... to my surprise there was not a spec of anything to clean up ! Thanks Shannon ! I would highly recommend him to do your work-.I know I will be calling him whenever I need anything else done.
We cannot say enough about Performace Pro!!! They are responsive, clean, timely and very fair on pricing. We have used them a number of times and we cannot speak highly enough of them. We have referrd them to neighbors who had great experiences as well.
