I am DIY (do it yourself) person. So, I spent 15 years dealing with an ingrown toenail and it only got worse. So, I finally gave up and called Performance Podiatry and they saw me the same day. It took Dr Thomas (Zack) 20 minutes to fix the problem. Then I had a similar issue and called in on a Friday afternoon and and Dr. Thomas (Kristen) called back within a couple hours and came in the next morning (Saturday) and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. I had a great experience with Dr. Wilson. His knowledge and guidance on tennis shoes was outstanding, especially considering my underlying condition. He took the time to understand my needs and provided expert recommendations that will hopefully make a difference in my comfort and mobility.
This is my first visit to a Performance Podiatry and I’m definitely coming back for any future foot concerns. It’s a significant difference from an independent practice versus a larger corporate practice. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and had plenty of time with Dr. Kristin Thomas. I never felt rushed, and most importantly, Dr. Thomas truly understood what was going on medically and provided a clear path to resolve my pain. I highly recommend this practice!

I had a great experience with the professional ism of Dr. Kristin Thomas. I had the permanent ingrown toenail procedure that Kristin performed. Her prompt and friendly service is always appreciated. It’s also helpful they offer evening appointments and the office is very clean.
