They need to realize that everyone's time is important. We called Monday to tell them we were coming in Tuesday for a car. We also received a text confirming the timeframe we were coming in. When we arrived they told us we had to wait an hour before they would even talk to us since someone from Columbus was on their way for the same car. They said they couldn't waste their time since they were coming from out of town. Rivercenter is fast and has amazing service!!! I always know my car is in good hands. Keith Larkcom totally turned my day completely around last week. My day didn't turn out they way I had planned. I had a flat tire. Within an hour of realizing I had a problem my car was fixed and my day had completely been turned around for the positive. Keith was helpful and put a smile on my face. His upbeat attitude is contagious. He knows his stuff and really goes above and beyond for his customers. Thanks Keith for making my day!!
