I am at my wits end. I have been fighting with Toyota credit because of a problem the dealer caused. When I purchased a new vehicle the dealer took down the wrong address. Then they dinged me when I didn’t make a payment on the car. My credit dropped 100 points!! I had no bill to pay, I had no license plate because they took the information down INCORRECTLY. I need this fixed! First time ever for a late payment. You might as well deal with Kia. These guys DO NOT CARE.

I purchased a car there in late June. I gave the salesperson they keys to my car when I went for a test drive expecting them to evaluate it for trade in. When I got back, no one had looked at my trade in and it took about an hour to get back to me with purchase numbers. The numbers were payment options only. No rates or details about the payment and the whole thing felt rushed and I wasn't given a chance to sit down and analyze the numbers. While I have never experienced a problem with the Service Staff at the Rivercenter I was a little taken back when I scheduled my car for pickup next week and a $19.95 charge for the pickup. This was a complimentary service provided for years. Now all of a sudden a charge? Not at all blaming Justin and his great team. Once again Upper Management has no clue of how their customer base feels and the services they appreciate.

I recently purchased a used car from Casey and I could NOT be happier! Often a salesperson will show less interest in selling a used car; this was not our experience with Casey. From my first inquiry, Casey followed up immediately and continued even beyond the actual sale of of the car to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. He was informative yet not pushy and everyone we met was kind and helpful. We will definitely reach out to them in the future when we are ready to purchase again.
Best decision I ever made was buying from Lexus Rivercenter. Their customer service is outstanding - particularly their service department. And I love my NX300. Dave Ritchie was a great sales rep to work with.
