Really happy with service provided. There was a hangup with my 3rd party warranty but Performance Kia Service Department handled it with professionalism. This was my second trip to Performance Kia Service Department and I would return again. Their communication throughout the process was easy as well. At no point did I feel like the service I needed was being ignored.
They helped me argue my case with a warranty company for 2 weeks until I was covered. I can’t thank them enough
When I went to buy my car, I was greeted with Melanie. She was easy to work with, clear and precise, no games, and worked hard compared to other local car dealers that didn’t even seem interested in leaving their desk to make the sale. That’s what led us to KIA. She’s good at what she does. KIA service dept. is just as wonderful with inspections and service. Everyone from the front desk, to the mechanic was kind, respectful, and good to work with.
