As technologies changed so did the tire business. Soon retreads were not the product of choice. The radial tire took over the industry, and Perfection Retreading was there to meet the demands of its customers. Came by this shop the other day to get a bunch of work done, never had been before but a friend recommended them to me. The assistant manager helped me out and was impressive in his knowledge of my specific type of vehicle. I was also impressed with the efficiency of the mechanics and got to have an espresso in the front office while waiting. Great experience overall.
Awesome, awesome service. I haven't been to a ton of other places yet since moving to the area, but these guy don't disappoint. Came in for new tires, got extremely great prices and left satisfied. I don't think there's any other place like this. Appreciated the hard work and kind staff.
They took care of me right away, saved a bay open while I drove down and had me taken care of in a short amount of time. Next day the problem still wasn't fixed they had me come right back down and found out what it actually was due to more leaking. They got the part ordered and installed same day. Their price is cheaper than the Jeep dealership and they got it 2 days before Jeep would of gotten it.
I have done business with this place about half a dozen times for odds and ends. Never had a problem. They even told me I'd be better off going elsewhere one time due to the nature of my car problem and the specialization of their shop. They have seemed very honest with me about everything, and I've never had to go back for the same problem. Friendly also. I've had great service here and would recommend.
Very nice and friendly staff, helpful and courteous. Quick service for a tire patch and free inspection. Very relaxing environment and complimentary coffee or chi tea if you would like. In my opinion they were great and reasonable just ask questions and I am sure you will not be disappointed.
The repairs done to my vehicle were flawless and on time.
Thanks guys for doing a great job in fixing our car again. Had a screw in our tire and they fixed it quick, while we were there they did an oil change as well. Great group of guys and they did a great job. Best in the business.
They promised me I'd be back on the road to my daughter's soccer game in 15 minutes. They beat their promised time and gained a new customer.
