As technologies changed so did the tire business. Soon retreads were not the product of choice. After looking up the number for this place, I couldn't help but notice the horrible review left a few years ago. Thought another person's input would be useful! This place truly is reliable. I've become a frequent and satisfied customer here after needing tires, brake jobs, strut replacements, etc.They're quick and efficient and always make sure I'm not bored out of my mind when I visit. 5 Stars!!!! Fast and friendly service! I recently hit a curb and had a tiny hole in the side wall of some newer tires I had purchased brand new from PT. Brought the tire in and they said unfortunately they couldnt repair because the damage was in the side wall. BUT! They had a used tire that they could throw on . I would have had to buy a whole new set because I have an AWD vehicle. They put on a tire with the exact size and even relatively similar tread wear(lots of life left!). can't believe I haven't posted about this place yet. I came in with my mom and dad (who are very stingy with money since I'm in college) and wasn't expecting the experience to go as well as it did. To say my parents were impressed would be a huge understatement. The owner was friendly and at the front counter, greeting them as soon as we walked in and was so much help. Above and beyond excellence in customer service and quality service. The only place to go in Pullman for tire and service! We drove in from Seattle to pick up our cougs and experienced a flat and have a unique tire for replacement. Dillon went above and beyond to help us and assure us a safe travel back to Seattle! We had a great experience here. My husband and I were on our way out of town and needed to get a quick tire rotation on my sons truck. Chuck was able to squeeze us in without an appointment. They were very helpful had us in and out very quickly.
