I have been going to Perfection Tire for years, as well as my family and friends. It's a great business with an awesome reputation. The owner, Darren, and his son Dillon, are both professional and personable, and go out of their way to satisfy customers. As for the labor, I have also never had problems. Recently I had my brakes, air conditioning, and oil change all done and knew it deserved to be relayed to other residents of the area. Had a tire blow out on a cracked rim on my way back to Spokane. They didn't want me driving that 70 mile trip back on my donut spare, so they LOANED me both a tire and rim to get me to Spokane. LOANED! Manager said he would just pick it up from the Spokane store in a few weeks. I would trust them with any work I had if I lived there. THANK YOU!!!
I haven't had any mechanical service done at Perfection, but I have bought tires from them for almost seven years now. The first time I went there recommended Blizzak snow tires. I've been loyal ever since with my regular and snow tires.
These guys are AWESOME!!! They warranted a bad part put in by another shop and didn't charge me a dime! I've been using them for a couple years now - I don't trust any other shop here in Pullman. They do great work for a reasonable price, and have several times fixed minor problems for free! Cant sat enough good stuff about them - Dillon is a great guy and extremely helpful.
