Great service! We get regular oil changes and buy all our tires here. Also if we have a problem of any kind, they quickly help us troubleshoot. We feel well taken care of there.
Totally blown away with the awesome service and turn, around time these guys have. Had working mechanics and honest people. I'm so glad I found this shop. Its so hard to trust people that work on your car, but Dillon and his crew go to the extra mile to provide excellent care car & customer service.
I just had an oil filter change with him today. I did an oil change yesterday and my ramp was collapsed before I have a chance to change the oil filter (luckily, I got out before that)... will buy a better ramp. I went to the office around 1:00 pm and told Wesley that I need an component inspection (to make sure no damage underneath my car) and oil filter change service. Bad reviews must be for previous owner/manager or something. Our experience with Ronnie (?) at Perfection Tire was nothing but spectacular! We were 6 miles out of Pullman on our way home over the pass when our steering started shaking and our front right tire started smoking and smelling horribly bad. After being towed to Jerry's Auto over night (only to find out they couldn't get to us the next day...and frankly, the guy seemed kind of pompous about it), we hit the phone and were referred to Perfection Tire.
