I do not recommend using this company! In purchasing my new home I wanted a home inspection so I would have a peace of mind the home would be okay and I would not incur any big expenses or surprises. I paid Perfection Home Inspection $370.00 on 7/2/18 for the job. After moving into the home I hired a couple of painters to paint the inside of my house and put in a new floor, they were there from 8/24/18 - 9/4/18, while they were there they found: -a large mouse nest under the bay window, -hot water heater pipe out of code, -l... read more

Dear Linda, We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues after the inspection. We wish you would’ve contacted us directly so that we could’ve reinspected issues that were seen by your contractors . Several of the issues you list, are items that cannot be seen during a normal inspection. We can’t see behind walls, or areas that are covered or blocked. If we could have reinspected, we may have been able to confirm their findings.
We were in the process of purchasing a new home and we chose perfection home inspection to complete our house inspection. Dan ****** came out and he was very thorough. He explained any deficiencies, wrote a detailed report and recorded video of these deficiencies that he sent very promptly at the end of the inspection. A 48 hour radon test was also completed and Dan got back to us almost the moment it was completed. Prices were also fair. I would recommend him to anybody needing this service completed.
