Dan was fantastic not just in the detail of the inspection but also in how he explained some of the issues he found. His report was thorough and even included video of the areas of concern. Dan made everyone from our agent to my family confident that we knew as much about the home as we needed to. Highly recommend Dan in both the detail of the inspection and in the personable way he can explain complicated intricacies of the home.
