I'm editing my review from 7 years ago. I'm so upset and disappointed in this place, had gone down hill rapidly. I was given a gift certificate so I made an appointment for 930 am, for a pedicure. I got there at 925 and proceeded to wait until 10:06. Was finished at 10: 35... so I received a 29 minute pedicure, from start to finish. From the insert of the plastic for the tub, to me walking to the nail cooling area..29 minutes.
