About a month ago I had them come out to inspect my ************* They inspected my systems, told me that my upstairs furnace was all good, upstairs ** was low on refrigerant and is not able to be recharged due to california regulations, downstairs furnace blower wheel needed cleaning, and downstairs ** needed a hard start kit. They told me that the only way to get my upstairs ** to work would be to replace my **, which in not true, I found out later that the system could be recharged with recycled refrigerant.
