Perfect Star Heating, Cooling and Electrical is an amazing company with amazing customer service. When our old, cheap AC system failed Perfect Star took the time to discuss our options for a new system. They were informative and allowed us to make an informed decision, without unnecessary sales pressure. **** ****** was an awesome electrician who came, figured out my electrical connection issues for an old fan that kept burning out and he helped me install my new fan. He had very good knowledge of what he was doing, he was very cheerful and pleasant to work with.I also love how fast Perfect Star Heating, ******************************************* responded to the need, and got me an appointment immediately. They were very professional and efficient.

We had an outstanding experience with Perfect Star from start to finish. They installed a new ***** brand HVAC system with a variable heater and a two stage AC. The sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained all our options and was never pushy. The technicians were aLao incredibly professional and hardworking. Perfect Star is exactly as their name says -- perfect! The service from the 3 technicians who came was excellent. We had a new hvac system installed and they did a superb job of taking out the old one and inputting the new one. They tested and checked everything to make sure all was running correctly and took a lot of time to educate us on how to use the new and upgraded thermostat.
