We had an outstanding experience with Perfect Star from start to finish. They installed a new ***** brand HVAC system with a variable heater and a two stage AC. The sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained all our options and was never pushy. The technicians were aLao incredibly professional and hardworking. They were detailed and cleaned up everything perfectly after they were done. I work from home, and they did their best to limit the noise and respect my privacy when I was on confer... read more

We had a new hvac system installed and they did a superb job of taking out the old one and inputting the new one. They tested and checked everything to make sure all was running correctly and took a lot of time to educate us on how to use the new and upgraded thermostat.
