On my recent visit to get a crown, the staff were very professional, patient and attentive to details.
I felt very comfortable for a first timer, and for someone who hasn't seen a Dentist in a while. The service was great, and I feel comfortable going back.
It was fine - everyone in the office is super friendly as usual. The only slight complaint I have is that I have sores on the side of my mouth from being tugged upon. This may have not been avoided since I was getting 3 wisdom teeth pulled and 2 of them were being very stubborn. I especially appreciated Dr. Darvishian calling me later in the evening to make certain all is well. That is exceptional service that very few if any other doctors do. We are very satisfied with Dr. Darvishian's office and recommend her.
Great professional staffs all round. I was surprised to get a follow up call to ask how I was doing, it makes me feel you are attentive of your patient . I have good experience so far. I hope you maintain your standard. There is one point I would like to make, which is information about procedures and cost break down should be explained to patient before going through the treatment. I feel most patient don't have any idea what to expect. Again, Perfect Smiles of Reston, Keep smiling and keep up the god work.
Everyone is polite, gentle ,& friendly. The place is very clean with the latest technology. Very professional.
Overall the experience of getting my crown replaced was a positive experience. All involved took the time to explain what was going on throughout the process. The only issue I had was when I came into get the temporary crown replaced with the real one is that there were two times when they did not let the numbing agent take full affect before doing stuff to my teeth.
