Expected a cleaning. Instead, had to schedule two more appointments. They could have looked at my history before my appointment and realized more had to be done. They always do great work. I was just disappointed with the scheduling oversight.
Overall, the experience was fine. Getting fillings isn't fun but I would imagine that is for everybody! It would be nice if the dentist provided some Vaseline or something like that because after an hour of the dentist yanking my lips they are quite literally cracking and really hurt. It would be appreciated and a nice touch!
I was seen for the first time today by Dr. Darvishian for a consultation regarding my suitability for Lumineers. My impressions were that the staff was efficient and polite. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the waiting room. The office had a modern, clean, stylish look. The computer check-in procedure was quick and easy. I was seen right on time. I've been going to Prefect Smiles of Reston for 4 years now. I find the staff very professional, they have state of the art equipment. friendly staff and very personable. There is no long waits! The only long wait I had was to get a root cancel/Crown and everything was done in 1 day! That's right one day 3-4 hours no more come back in 2 weeks to get the crown done it was done that day! I want to mention something quite alarming that I noted during my last visit to your practice. I hope that this observation and the suggestions bulleted below are taken in the spirit intended. Before my consultation, I went into the bathrooms down the hall, and noted a staff that I recognized from your practice; a) Exit the stall without flushing the toilet; b) leave without washing her hands; c) Handle equipment with those same hands, ungloved.
