My first visit and it exceeded every expectation. The staff and Dr. Darvishian were welcoming, calming and very professional. This was my first visit to a dentist in more years than I even want to admit anonymously. It was such a relief to have my issues assessed without judgment. I have every confidence that the much-needed restorative dentistry my mouth requires will be in the best of hands.
When I was in the chair, I was told that the fluoride treatment was included in the price for the regular cleaning appointment. I was told that since the price would be the same, I should go ahead and have the treatment. So I said, 'OK'. When I went to pay, I was told the fluoride was not included in the cleaning appointment's price and they tacked on an additional $25. Not happy being told one thing, then another.

My dental crown from preparation to final cementing was completed in one appointment. The procedure was comfortable, the fabrication of the crown was precise and I was finished faster than I expected with very little discomfort afterwards. I recommend Perfect Smiles for their skilled dentists, state of the art technology and friendly calm office atmosphere.
First visit to the office and I am really happy about choosing Dr. Darvishian. Everyone was warm, friendly, helpful and made me feel really welcome.
Going to the dentist as a child was a bad experience for me because he was mean and he hurt. Consequently, I did not take care of my teeth. Staff was so friendly and awesome. I highly recommend Perfect Smiles of Reston to anyone. The facility is clean with high grade equipment and the music was an added perfect touch. Love this place!
