I am appalled with the outcome of my hair. When I booked my appointment, I was quoted a perm and full hairstyle would cost $170. However, once I was in the chair—wiith already short-length hair—Shaune informed me that she would need to cut my hair into a pixie style and added an extra $45 charge. Arrived at 10:30 left at 4:30. Appointment was at 10:45, waited 27 minutes after my appointment time to be serviced. i booked with courtney and though she is good at what she does being in a salon for 6 hours because multiple clients are being worked on by your stylist during YOUR appointment time was very stressful, unprofessional, and unexpected. i loved my hair but i don't understand why they take walk ins and appointments at the same time Especially when I PAID a deposit.....

Lets Talk about. Lol it all started when I came in the ambience was esthetically pleasing the mimosa and music was cool even though it kept skipping like I was playing a cd that was scratched from 02. But I had the opportunity to have a horribly mad mimosa and view the seemingly happy faces I guess. The owners assistance had the pleasure of turning my little something into nothing. I booked “The Works” for $350 with Ms. Shawn Perkins, but was disappointed. Ms. Perkins is Scissor Happy, no matter what you tell her! Shawn arrived 20 minutes late, appeared frazzled, plus rushed, handled four to five clients during my appointment, and cut my hair shorter than requested despite clear instructions and photos. Shawn did my hair!!!! I never had a pixie before and I’m soo pleased. It looks perfect. First of all, I did not have an appointment but Paula got back to me and made things work out best she could to get me in same day!! I loved the style, the professionalism, the courtesy they gave me. The gentleman at the desk was awesome as well! Love yall. I will be back. 10 out of 10 service!
