This was the worst experience of my life. Not even 24 hours, I caught an allergic reaction due to the stylist not doing a patch test. I had to wash my hair out the next day after I got it done. didn’t even have the style in for 24 hours. Three days later, all my hair fell out. I reached out to salon. No one got back to me. I’ve also reached out to lawyers.
Beautiful salon, great atmosphere, but over processed my hair and gave chemical burns. Stylist in particular had 8 people at one time. I really loved it here until my hair started falling out due to the relaxers.
I’ve been going to Paula at Perfect Pixie Salon for the past couple of years, and I can honestly say her work is unmatched. Her custom cuts, face-framing, and signature molding technique are absolutely top tier. She knows exactly how to shape and elevate a pixie cut so it grows out beautifully and still looks amazing weeks later. I love visiting the DMV and decided to book a hair appointment at the Perfect Pixie Salon since I would miss my regular appointment with my stylist while traveling. I arrived on-time for my 1 pm appointment, but had to wait 1.5 hours before getting service. As I waited, I loved seeing the beautiful pixie styles being done on other patrons. I am not typically the type to speak negatively about a business or even leave a review. However, my recent experience at your salon was so unacceptable that it must be formally addressed. I called your salon at approximately 11:00 AM after my original stylist canceled. While searching for alternatives on TikTok, I came across your salon and was encouraged by the positive content I saw.
