Chico and his men are great if you are on a budget. They are craftsmen in the truest sense of the word. They are pretty casual so be ready to wait a little while (times are pretty liquid it seems). The owner is known as a scam artist in the floor industry. Uses subcontractors that do not know what they're doing. Left my sister in laws house with a thick coat of dust and unfinished floors. They had to call service master to clean their entire house. I advise everyone to stay away from this facade company. He has multiple judgments against him but since he subcontracts the work out, he avoids liability.
