They are nice people but maybe acrylics aren't their strong suit. I went in very late for my appointment and they were understanding but the male tech who did my nails ended up subpar. He did cut too much of my cuticle and it hurt. The nails fell off within the next day and was offered a free repair but all the nails were lifting afterwards anyway and he also drilled way too deep into my nail bed leaving it hurting. I’ve came here one other time last year before my wedding and the lady was great. However this is my second time back and I had a man do my nails. It started 20 mins late which sure, things happen. The pedicure cleaning was very rough, I had to ask him to be more gentle. He cut a huge corner of my big toe nail off. And some of my toe nails are oddly shaped.
