I should have known something wasn’t right when the tech was cutting my nails and it was painful. He cut down at an extremely sharp angle on both sides of my big toes, and cut my toe nails SUPER short. I have never had my toenails cut like this before! It’s 4 days later and my big toe has a bad infection on one side! If you value your toes I would not go to this salon!
I love this place. Everyone is friendly and my nails always look great!!!
The lady at table 9 is racist....she let my daughter soak in acrylic for 1 hr. All over her hands and now cannot get it off for several washes it look like crazy glue all over her her hands. She was talking shit to us and left her there and we had appointments so we walk out! We had our translator on and she talk mad shit about the black and Hispanic customers stop giving your money to her. KENNY IS THE BEST IN THAT PLACE. HE WAS ON VACATION AND LOST TWO CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF HER!!!!
Waited one hour and 15 minutes for a broken nail. Used to love this place but I guess it’s time for me to find a place with nicer costumer service. Their attitude has drastically changed towards paying and loyal costumers.. Sad!!
I went there on a Saturday morning they open at 9am I was there shortly after. They had 2 people working an 3 in chairs. Another girl cam in to help so now 3 but their was 4 of us waiting. It took over an hour to get a chair an only maybe 45 minuets to do my pedi. I go here all the time an I like it. But I think on a Saturday you should have more people open the store. Some people even left cause they didn’t want to wait.
