I went in there feeling nervous. Carmen C was my clinical nurse and she made every effort to help me feel less nervous. She took time explaining what was being done and why and made sure to allow me to ask questions and feel heard. 10 0ut of 10 for Carmen.
Considerate, knowledgeable and always (always) respectful. More than 10 years a patient and I have no complaint.
If you fall into the category of ‘Medically Special’ and require expert + personable medical care involving IVs, cutting edge medicine and management/modification of a complex condition there is no better team to have behind you.
I have actually enjoyed my visits to Percuro Clinic every two months for my infusion. Great staff!
Strange place. I've never had a more withholding healthcare professional try to sell me medication. When I inquired further I was misdirected and the more I dug the less willing they were to explain the risks to me. The drug they are trying to sell is not covered fully by most plans and costs in the thousands of dollars per year. You should never have to ask three times for a real explanation of side effects. Something is wrong here.
