Went to see Carmen and her team for a liver fibroscan after having an ultrasound and a CT scan showing that I had mild fatty liver. Obviously a very scary thing to have to go through, her team were very understanding, and explained the procedure as well as the results in detail that I was able to understand.
I went in feeling very nervous about starting a new treatment, but the people here were so kind, and warm to me. I can’t say how much that means, when going through a tough time. Very grateful to have been sent to this place.
I went in there feeling nervous. Carmen C was my clinical nurse and she made every effort to help me feel less nervous. She took time explaining what was being done and why and made sure to allow me to ask questions and feel heard. 10 0ut of 10 for Carmen.
Considerate, knowledgeable and always (always) respectful. More than 10 years a patient and I have no complaint.
