poor management
I do not recommend renting from peppermint, I lasted a year, 50/50 if there is garbage removal as well as snow removal when needed ( it's an extra 125/a month to park)I had to shovel myself in and out of the drive way that all tenants use to avoid a parking ticket due to winter parking ban. For maintenance they wait till there are multiple problems in multiple units before anything is done, I went a week without hot water. I went 2 weeks without a washing machine. Now that I'm coming up on my move out, they have people in an... read more
