Loved! Loved! Loved! Stayed at a different Casino Resort the night before. Really wished we stayed here both nights. We can't wait to come back! <3

We had the best time! Pools are amazing! Food is delicious and employees are so friendly & helpful! Can't wait to come back!!! Hands down the BEST casino resort hotel in Reno!!

What a horrific experience!! The room smells like smoke, the air con compressor goes on every 10 minutes (so it’s impossible to get a decent night’s sleep) and when we tried to cancel the remainder of our stay reception bounced us to a booking agent, who then bounced a back to reception ... and round and round.

We stay here every year and usually have no issues. This time however was a different story. My son fell and was injured outside of one of the restaurants in the casino. Staff offered no assistance so I rushed over to the front desk with him to try and get something to stop his head from bleeding the front desk proceeded to tell me we had to wait for security after 15 minutes of no one showing up an had to ask again, highly untrained personnel showed up to assist finally after another 5 minutes, he basically had no knowledge... read more

We love staying at peppermill. Always clean and nice staff. Free shuttle to airport and gorgeous pools also great food.
