We absolutely love this hotel! Since we are locals we seem to go there a lot and this trip was for a celebration! My husband and myself were celebrating our wedding anniversary and decided to do a little get away. Upon checking in the wonderful girl behind the counter gave us an amazing us grade which was so sweet. We ate dinner at Biscotti’s and our food was so amazing. Love Peppermill Reno for a lot of reasons for different seasons. #1 customer service. Summer pool and service at the pool. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Cater to locals better than any other casino in Reno! Winter the liwer pool is open ti swim. They have upgraded the deck and pool area. Love all the restraunts we have tried! Can't say enough giid things. We always recommend to people who are coming to Reno.
Kid friendly casino. The arcade for children is perfect .

Didn’t get the room we reserved. Didn’t get our room cleaned. Food isn’t great. People are nice. Lots of cigarette smoke in the air. Great pools.

Tuscany suite was amazing, comfy king sized bed, deep tub, large shower, extra sitting area that can be blocked off with curtains. It was the perfect room for me and my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding!
