Signs posted all over the parking lot saying peppercorn parking only, I can read. As I was smoking a cigarette before going in for dinner on a Friday evening, one host comes out and looks at us funny, and goes back inside. Then another one comes out and asks us if we were dining by with them, and I said yes for 2, then was boggled at why she would be so pushy and HAVE to bother us to eat here. Very rude ...and lost a customer because of it. All because they had to make sure we wernt going to park there and go somewhere else.... read more
My husband and I went there for our anniversary lunch. We were met at the door by Kathy who was very sweet and seated us. Our waitress was Brandi and she was very good to us. I would highly recommend the Peppercorn Grille! Food was very good!
Food was fabulous, but the service was terrible, she forgot one salad, and one entree, then never came back to ask us if we needed another one. This was the 2nd we've had problems with the service.
The food never disappoints here. Sometimes service has been slow in the past but last night was a treat. Waiter was awesome. Food top notch. Had reservations and got seated right away. Could not have asked for a better treat for a family birthday celebration. Thank you Peppercorn..
The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. Our servers name was Jennifer. The Peppercorn Grille is my new favorite restaurant. The restaurant was very clean.
Food was wonderful, Calamari was phenomenal. Wine choice was great, service was friendly but forgetful.
The service was great and the food was amazing! All fresh ingredients and you could tell. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone coming up to Big Bear!
