They installed inferior products on my 2015 6.75kw system that was sold to me as the Cadilllac of systems. The system no longer works properly (failing parts) and they claim they aren't liable since the manufacturer went out of business. So, I have $25000 system that failed within 5 years and they are claiming it's my responsibility to make the now defunct manufacturer honor the warranty since it only is valid for installation. Pep solar is an awesome company and Sean is a terrific guy. The company has served the area since 1978, which in itself made me feel very comfortable in their abilities. Any company that has been doing business for 40+ years must perform honestly, be reliable and offer value or it surely will not make it to its 40th anniversary. I was most impressed with the number of options we were given depending on what we perceived our solar output needs to be. I would definitely recommend working with Pep Solar!

After many home visits from solar reps, I decided on PEP Solar. I liked the fact that they have been in business for so long and have such a good reputation. My sales rep, Dallas, took time to explain everything to me in language I could understand. When he wasn't sure about some tax question, he called the owner, Sean, who was available and able to answer my question. Sean also helped me with questions I had on the financing. I checked with many solar companies and PEP was by far the best. The customer service starting with the sales rep, Dallas, to the outstanding Diane in the office, made this a great experience. Even the owner, Sean, was available to answer my questions. The installation went seamlessly with Mike, the foreman in charge. I highly recommend this group for their integrity, friendliness and professionalism. They know solar!

PEP Solar is THE company! I'd researched for 6 months, called PEP Solar, spoke with Dallas and that was it for me. Dallas explained everything, thoroughly. Once we signed, Mike and his crew; Jason, Doug, and Matt arrived on scheduled day, promptly on time, and once panels were installed, they cleaned up.
