The system (installed in 2010) was not reporting on a steady basis. After contacting Pep Solar and explaining the problem a service call was set up and ***** and **** identified the problem and in no time complete service and reporting was to normal. These guys are a true asset to Pep Solar.

Pet solar is the absolute best company to work with for solar power. The installation was quick, clean and quiet. They have answered every question I have asked with kindness and courtesy. My solar system has incurred multiple inverter and battery failures not attributable to PEP Solar. PEP Solar has been very responsive to the effort to correct these failures. PEP Solar technicians have been extremely personable and capable. While it is disappointing to have less than a fully operational solar system, I felt that that disappointment was shared equally by PepSolar. Sold me a Solar Mini Split A/C they dont have. Had me sign a contract and give them over 50% . Then ignored me until I started contacting them 6 weeks later. They didnt even send a Technician out until 8 weeks. Then told it was going to b 2 months until my A/C would be here! Today they said 6 months! They failed to disclose any of this. They failed repeatedly to contact me. Beware!

We have 13 brand new units in our warehouse without a motherboards used to keep others going while we deal with this new supply chain issue. We have communicated with you several times on these challenges and we are working on trying to resolve these issues.
PEP Solar does a very good job. They came out promptly, determined the best placement for the panels around the yard, a few weeks later came reinstalled them. Great crew. I recommend highly.

We selected PEP Solar as they were on SRPs preferred contractor list and we have never regretted that decision. They were professionals from the beginning of the project to the commissioning of the system. Workmanship was excellent and timely.But more importantly they continue to be available as needed when we have a few questions.
