Very rude
I have used Pep Boys Griffin several times. I have had to take a vehicle back to them once for poor service. Today was the last and final chance for them. I went in for a oil change and nail in one of my tires. (that I bought from them) They gave me the oil change, tried to sell me 600$ worth of shocks, told me I needed 4 new tires and I needed an alignment. Just did an alignment with them and it was still under warranty. Oh and we can't fix the nail hole. I told them to let me pay for the oil change and leave. Went right ac... read more
They were prompt, courteous, let me know what they thought I needed but weren't over pushy to try and up-sell me. I got tires, oil change and front end alignment.
