RecommendedGreat service! Can’t say thank you enough. Our alternator went out on our way to Florida on the 4th of July. The service manager Daniel H. was very professional and gave a great estimate, had the part, and was able to fit us in even though they were very busy. Johnny W. Is a great mechanic and took care of us quickly. We had my whole family and dog with us. Thanks for saving our vacation.
I had a wonderful experience at Pep Boys in Griffin, GA on New Years Day. I woke up with a flat tire and they were the only option open. All of the employees were in good spirits regardless of it being a holiday, and on top of that I never felt pressured while they were advising me on what to do. They assisted me in all aspects and didn’t even charge me. I was very pleased with my service and will be returning.
This manager told me that he had my tires in the store. I said make sure you got them before I drive down. He told me that my technician had eyes on them. I arrived and waited for an hour. He pulled my car in and says “I got bad news for you. I don’t have the tires in the store”. I said “sir you told me that your guy laid eyes on them”. Their work is not done correctly, they try to over charge you or sell you parts you don’t even need. Also bought 4 new tires with them and took my car back for a oil change, they rotated my tires but did not properly Align them, even though it was paid for them to do so. Overall TERRIBLE service. The manager is very rude (old heavy set white guy) and not helpful at all. Take your money somewhere else who deserves it. This place needs to get shut down honestly.

I left my truck over night to be fixed by the time i got off work at 2 pm, and when i got there parts wasnt even there yet. Manager is a lil short and rude when i arrived,told me it would be fixed by the end of the day . Will not be back
They broke one of the struts on my Chevy Silverado and said they wouldn’t replace the cost for the strut stay away from these dishonest / crappy services.
These folks have been told to put new tires on back 💁saying it’s a law now ??? Really
I think they rip people off and try to sell parts that you do not need like tires
