So today has been eventful, I would like to spotlight the shift manager and staff at the Pep Boys in Bessemer, Alabama. My mother and sister we’re driving through and the tire pressure light system showed that the tire was getting low. The manager on duty along with one of the shop workers, who I’m told was very rude and inconsiderate, attempted to fix and put air in the tire, only to damage it even more to the point where the entire tire came off the rim. Recommendedcostumer service is awesome! never had a problem!
Gave me an estimate.... when the work was completed the price was well above estimate... they forgot to change my oil and I had to go back... and that just made my total higher. They didn't do any extra work that what we discussed when I dropped my truck off. I was waiting for them to open, Larry came in just in the nick of time. Unkempt and dressed very inappropriate!! A nasty white t-shirt and a pair of jeans so full of holes they where almost indecent!!! This is my first time at a pep boys , I will not be returning!!!
This is the PepBoys to bring your vehicle to! We've been bringing our car to this location for the past three years for tires, brakes, and general maintenance. Rika is an amazing manager. All the mechanics work hard, even during busy times, to see to every vehicle. The location is in a good spot if you have to wait. There are various shops within walking distance and a Sonic's to grab a bite of you get hungry. I highly recommend this Pepboys. :)
