I'm definitely not going to let someone change my brakes who can't even close my car hood. I was going down the highway when i noticed and that could have broke my windshield. Mechanical ineptitude

The new manager seems to be more personable than the last, he helped my wife and told her what they were going to do and didn't try to push her towards buying things she didn't need. They helped her get back on the road and they did it at a fair price for parts and work!
Awesome service and awesome people
I went in for a tire rotation and Brad discovered some underlying issues that resulted in me needing new tires. Not only did he not pressure me into getting the issues fixed with them, he was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned. The manager, Jason, was also very helpful as well. We typically get all of our tires here specifically, not only because it's hard to beat their prices, but also because they go above and beyond with customer service.
Had my car ready and parked it where i couldn't see it. Left me waiting for it in the waiting room for hours. Then the car was making a funny noise so i took it some where else where they discovered that. "Whoever changed the oil last put the cover that goes on the underneath part of my car on backwards"
Brought my vehicle in to the Gardendale location thinking I would be covered under my extended warranty I purchased. Turns out my problem was not covered. The men at this location contacted a Cheverlot dealer and was told my parts and labor was still under the original manufacturer's warranty & they would repair it. Thanks to Gardendale Pep Boys & Dewey Barber Service Dept for going the extra mile. I will be getting my vehicle serviced at these locations now on.

I have always had a good experience with Gardendale pep boys auto service. Yesterday , Saturday 9/17/216 was know different. Thanks to customer service.
