A little over a month ago, while leaving Tucson Arizona, by car stalled out on the freeway. I called for a tow truck and they towed the vehicle to Pepboys on 22nd St. At that time the contact was good. I had contacted the service manager and told him that I was having my car towed in. I got my brakes done including my master cylinder and was a under the 2 year warranty. within that 2 year period I went to get my brakes replaced 5 times before I said I had enough. I put over 2k worth of money into labor and replacements. GUESS WHO IS DUE FOR A NEW MASTER CYCLINER? AGAIN. IN A YEAR. A sloth works here!!! Horrible!!! Over one hour to mount and balance 4 tires. �
Went in on the 11 Jan for tires. Waited 15 minutes at the service counter without being helped so I left and bought my tires at Discount Tire.
Quick and fair price. Made an appt, was seen the next morning
