I purchased an adjustable hitch that did not work for my desired application. I lost the receipt and referred to their terms and conditions regarding returns with no receipt. It stated that I can return the item and receive the lowest price it has sold for in the last 30 days as long as I have my I. D. I attempted to do this and was refused a return. Worst "service" in the industry!! What's the point of an appointment system if you're not competent enough to follow through with the time.
I would give this pepboys a ZERO if I could. After confirming they had the rite part over the phone I came in to get it & have them put it on. From the second I walked in I got attitude from Richard behind the tire service center. He told me that I never called them about this even when I showed him that I did call his store not even 10 minutes earlier.
