Disappointed with service and customer service today. Requested tire rotate, balance and alignment-received a call about a concern several hrs later, told they'd call when finished, no call. When I arrived to pickup my car, I discovered work wasn't done & my car was left unlocked in parking lot. When asked about the lack 1/2 work, asst mgr stated work wasn't requested and then that it couldn't be done. Was extremely quick to discount all requested service to a zero balance. RecommendedI did my oil change they did a good jobs
Roanoke TX. location removed the tire sensors on my car and didn't put them back. Twice. I'll remove this rating when I get the sensors placed back on my car tires. All I did was get a tire change. Sending ratings to every location and site I can find. All I recall is that it was a smooth talking dike that changed the tires.
After fixing an oil leak, the worker messed up our a/c. When returning to fix it, he apologized and said he knew what he did but he was tired and it was late so he just wanted to go home. He fixed the a/c problem in less than 5 minutes. So disappointed that we didn’t get great service the first time around, especially after paying hundreds for the oil pan replacement and repair.
Very good service , I was in and out real fast , the ladies at the front desk was great , the mechanic who worked on my car he even show u the parts I need for my v3hicle , and took he's time to show me on line where to shop . Very happy with my experience at this location definitely I'll come back!
I was so happy to see that this location was open on New Years Eve. My check engine light had come on the night before and I was very desperate to have it looked at ASAP due to weather conditions that were going to arise. Charles was very nice and easy to talk to. They were able to diagnosis my error code on my car and fix it on site. I was so happy that I wasn't being pitched unnecessary services while I was there. Went in to find some Heavy Duty floor mats to protect my Carpeted floor mats which came in to protect my new Carpeted 2017 FORD F 150 Super Crew XLT SPORT. Actually I'm replacing the Heavy Duty Front floor mats that have protected the front floor area in my last 3 F150s. After using them for 10 years I've warn a hole in whichever one I had on the drivers side. I think they did pretty good. The ones for the back seat hardly ever had anyone's feet on them, so thy will see duty in their 4th F 150 . 😁😎
