Was told last night that my car would be first worked on this morning . & I could pick it up anytime after 1 , so get there around 3 to be told my car wasn't even touched yet . Oh and no one called me during the day at all to tell me either that they haven't touched my car. Are you kidding me . Then they tell us that I can take my car since I need it for work but I still won't have any heat or wipers and it's supposed to rain tomorrow . Yeah because that's gonna work . Highly suggest no one takes their vehicle here
2 hours for a 30 min oil change. With an appointment.
It started out bad when I showed up for my appointment and I find out my tire order hadn't been placed. Even though it was not their fault, the girls running the service desk sure turned a bad situation around. I ended up with a comparable tire for the same sale price as the ones I ordered. After looking at tire reviews it looks like I got an even better tire than the one I wanted. I have to give credit to their service desk for making a positive solution from a negative problem and retained a customer. I definitely recommen... read more
Just had the worse customer service WAIT TIME experience at Pep Boys in Exton PA Waited close to 2 hours for someone to look at a headlight bulb and I just couldn't take the wait any longer and left! There were three others waiting and complaining too about the wait time for minor car issues!! I highly recommend you do NOT go to Pep Boys! These guys don't know the meaning of work or customer service. If they had told me how long I would have gone back another time but they told ALL of us it would only be 20 minutes! Pros: quick Cons: too many... If you do not have an understanding about cars (or your specific car), do not take your car there or even ask for advice pertaining to its functionality. For example, work done was not up to my standard, and when asking for advice I was told its okay for my ‘93 del Sol to be backfiring/making a popping sound when shifting--LOL.
I was driving along the turnpike and my car started spluttering, threatening to stall. At the exit I became concerned as my check engine light went on. I didn't know of any repair shops and luckily came across this Pep Boys. They took great care of me - diagnosed the problem and repaired my car speedily so I could do what I needed to do and get back home to get my kid from school. Thank you SO MUCH!!!!!!
