This store has gone down the tubes since new management took over. Took my car in for an oil change a couple of months ago. They screwed up the drain plug, had to take it back, they did fix it at no cost. Went back today to get valve stem replaced, I had an appointment, Car sat in the lot for 1/2 hour. Another customer said he was told there was one person for three vehicles. Got my keys and left. It is a shame, this store use to be really good
3 hours for a tire plug. 3 hours for a tire plug and no coffee in the waiting area.
Shout out to new manager Jameson for treating a customer right with no bs whatsoever. Well done Pep Boys for putting this guy in position to help build a positive reputation.
So been here 5 hours for an oil change via an appointment. Still here contacted corporate nothing. This is beyond a joke. HEY CORPORATION IM STILL IN BUILDING WAITING. FIX IT. WHILE DAY SHOT I AN MORE THAN PISSED SOME BLOODY DAY OFF
2 hours to get 2 front tires on. My car was not even taken in on time 30-45 min after appt time. Ridiculous. Will think twice about going here again
Took forever to get my car inspected, but the staff was very nice and respectful
