I didn’t know what was wrong with my suburban and took it in for an inspection to find out the problem in order to resolve it. The alternator was the issue and I had it replaced. They were great with informing me of all the issues my vehicle has and even suggested a place to get my other issue repaired. I really appreciate them for making me knowledgeable about my vehicle and going above and beyond! Thank you to the staff of this pep boys! I will definitely be back if I need any assistance in the future! 10/10

Outstanding customer service. The replacement of my car’s battery went “as smooth as glass.” The technician was very knowledgeable of the subject matter. Pep Boys offers a Military discount.
I’ve been a loyal Pep Boys customary for over a decade, but this visit really disappointed me. I came in for a 4-wheel alignment and they also recommended replacing the left axle, which I agreed to. My total was about $630 after a discount. After leaving, I immediately noticed the steering wheel was off-center, so I returned to the shop. The staff apologized and admitted they actually forgot to do the wheel alignment.
