Went there to get tires rotated and balanced took almost 2 hrs. Then was told tie rods where bad when asked they couldnt tell me which ones then tried selling me $50 wipers which I didnt need. Had car looked at by bg who works on cars and he said tie rods are fine. After I left my traction control light and check engine light came on and have been having problems since. I seriously think they did something to my car and it still feels like it wasnt balanced. Never going back
I went there to get my tire looked at cuz I had a leak. They said my tire was fixed and sent me on my way. The light for my tire never went off so I called frusterrated and they were very rude. Took my car somewhere else turns out there was a piece of metal they somehow missed. Never going back. Very displeased with the professionalism there.
The treatment that I received from pepboys Niles Ohio was utterly ridiculous I will never be coming here ever again and I will encourage others not to come here not only for the lack of diversity but just for the horrible customer service overall.
I've always had a great experience with these guys! That's why I always come back. Plus, if my wait is ever too long, or the guys run into an unforeseen problem, my service is majorly discounted, or free all together!! I'm definitely one loyal customer for over 16 years now, and am continuously pleased with their service!!
Sitting here for an hour n half after they said 30 mins to change 1 tire!!! Never come back!!!
Rip OFFS! CHARGED ME $970.00 FOR BRAKE WORK ON MY H3. HUMMER AND ALL THEY DID WAS TURN LEFT FRONT ROTOR AND CHANGED THE RIGHT SIDE WHEEL BEARING AND NEW PADS ON BOTH SIDES AND IT WAS 4 HOURS TO DO THIS!! AND IN THE END BRAKES RATTLE!! SOME WORK!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!!
