Only place I will go from now on. The guys back in the service dept are wonderful and always help me out with what I needed. After two other places told me they couldn't help me with what I needed done, they told me they could and I was back on the road soon after. And I seen all of the work being done from the waiting room so that was a plus too. Great place!!!!
Shit for service. Had a oil change done and never cleaned up the oil that got on the frame that then leaked onto my drive way. Screw this place!
Always have had good service , and advice. Always courteous and very respectful.
I go on the website and it quotes me $565 for 4 new tires (buy 3 get 1) , call pep boys and the man says he can't do that, it would be $800.
I got tires from there & so did my husband so all three of our cars got tires here .... you know buy 3 get one free well one on every vehicle has a slow leak took it back blamed it on my rims! Then took it to get my tires rotated & they told me I need all new struts & 2 tires !!! I called Midas they said no way do I need struts !! F#@# Pep boys !!!!!!
HORRIBLE service!! I took my van in for an oil leak & both front tires leaking air. After they "fixed it", I left with no brakes. So I called & complained "bring it back" they said. Once on the lift the guy comes out to get me and says "you need all brake lines replaced, don't get it done here take it to a back yard mechanic". So I did. Come to find out they didn't do what I paid for-tires were both flat! The bearings on both front tires are bad-wheel is shaking! Shock is completely GONE! Pep Boys has done me right so far and I will continue to give them my business when needed. The staff has been helpful and courteous each time I have dealt with them.
