Son purchased 3 get 4th free on line. Went in to pick up and one tire not there. Was told to come back at 3pm to pick-up. No one place the order to get the 4th tire. No one from Pepper Boys call to say that the tire was not there. Son has to drop off the tires at the dealership and go to work. Now he has to rent a car because he doesn't have all the tire for the mount. Son has now spent 450.00 at Pep Boys and 161. for a rental car. Do not. I repeat DO NOT come here! Came here for a simple state inspection at 10 am and I'm just now leaving at 2pm. Don't do it.
Bought new tires from here about a year ago and also an alignment package. Took my van to have the tires rotated and the alignment done today. Someone suggested that I mark my tires so I could tell if they had been done. When I picked up my van I checked my tires and they were in the exact same place as when I marked them. Just be careful when going here, don't think they always do what your paying them to do
The employees were so rude! I went to get my jeep checked out because the brakes are going out and they talked to me like I was stupid. Told me they couldn't do anything for me and they didn't know anyone who could. My other car is broken down too so I have no way to get anywhere. You should probably look into hiring people with better people skills.
This was my first experience at this location. The customer service was fantastic. Monique "Moe" in service dept is amazing. I'd definitely recommend this Pep Boys to everyone.

Unbearable service. The car was done but no one came to get me. I noticed my car in the parking lot. Then the one guy behind the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing and he called for a manger for 30 minutes, seriously, before one came. Then she had a shitty attitude and said she wouldn't come over to the service side again. Never again will I spend a penny at at pep boys.
Don't even waste your time coming here . Poor customer service. Every one just sits on their phone playing games
DO NOT USE THEM! After what I went through I've gone through reviews of PEP Boys everywhere in American and apparently they have a reputation of overcharging, and pretty much stealing from people. In Feb, I went to get a simple state inspection done and they failed me pretty much saying they would have to replace my whole exhaust system and that with parts and labor I'd be looking at about $1,000.
