RecommendedI was so scared and I was on the edge of crying because I thought I wasn’t gonna make it home to my family for Christmas . My tire air valve broke and needed replacement . Walmart turned me down and all mechanic places near by where closed but thanks to my wonderful boyfriend he told me to go to pep boys and see if they could help . I had my car towed to be serviced and someone broke into it 2 times on Friday and Monday night but no one wants to take any responsibility for my car being broken into so I would not take my car here or advise anyone else to......
This experience had nothing to do with auto repair. I purchased a Bazooka Bass Tube and was not happy. I reached out to Southern Audio Service, INC for help. They refused any type of accommodation or help other than upgrade at full price. PEP BOYS stepped in and refunded me even though they did not have to. That refund has since been spent in the store. Over 6 hours for an oil change should never be acceptable
Came to get a state inspection at 8am and didn’t leave till almost 2pm. Had to go to the counter twice to ask about the status of my car. Michael treated me like I was an annoyance and incompetent. I went up a couple hours later and Moe was very nice and took time to find out what was going on. This place is a joke, never coming again
If you want to waist a day, make an 8:00 appointment for tires and brakes and then decide to wait. Been here 4 hours and still waiting on parts. Not a good way to get return business.
