Well troy, clair and the staff seemed to go out of there way to make sure I was within my budget and with my problem solved. Vw offered to do less for 200.00 more. So I appreciate clay, clair andttoy at pep boys on northgate
went in there this morning at 740 for an oil change i asked about how long was told an hr then the hr was up car had not been touch then a guy with a apoinment shows up to get his tires on I heard the service guy say that truck can wait put the tires on the other truck you lost my service for good
Notoriously poor service at this Pep Boys. They are excessively S L O W while being obnoxiously, insincere and "friendly". I've seen six employees in the store, ambivalent to serve 2 customers. They've lost paperwork when time to pick up car for an oil change, (of which they generate pages and pages of legal sized paper), but can't seem to fill in the blanks for the inspection...did they check the fluids and air pressure? This place damaged my car, huge dent, and are refusing to pay. The lied to the claims department, stating that I did not report the damage until the next day, even though I called immediately when I got home to report the damage and they told me to return the next day, which they then used against me. Horrible, awful place!
