Don't waste your time! Made an appointment online. Went all the way there. The guy said, oh I'm sorry, we can't take your appointment. Why didn't someone call me?? Why did I drive all the way here? Why can I make an appointment if you're going to cancel it when I get there? So unprofessional. I won't be coming back ever again.

Place is trash fuck this place! Took them 2 hours to put on wipers and then they chipped my windshield and never admitted to it. The BAR is gonna take care of you're ass
Was there on Saturday for an oil change..they also checked my tires said that front wheels where a 1/4 below what was considered safe and I should replace..no problem..but the oil change was over 2.5 with wait time. Scheduled an appointment for 2pm on Tuesday. Arrive to appointment 10 minutes early only for them not even pull the car in until 4:14..over 2 hours pass my appointment time!!!!
Took our car in for an oil change at Noon, then ran a few errands. We called them at 5:00 to find out the status, and were told it was close. Having still heard nothing by 7:15 (They close at eight), we decided to go down and wait. They were just pulling it in to the bay when we arrived, and it was after 8:00 when we left. Add to that -- Every radio station pre-set was switched to Christian. I guess NPR was too racy for them.
Had to re schedule a Friday appt since they were short staffed. Came in for my 4pm appt on monday. They weren't busy but it took them an hour and a half to do a basic oil change. No one that works there has any sense of urgency at all. They all look at you with blank stares on their face. The worst part is when I was rung up i had given them a coupon which they mis placed somehow and made me sit there another 10 minutes while they looked for it and tried to figure it out.
