RecommendedI absolutely recommend them. I am always happy with their work and if you are a rewards member you get a free tire rotation with your oil change. I don't recommend the owners/headquarters way of doing business, but they probably do it the same way everywhere. Those people are overworked, they have to multi task constantly and they are underpaid. I always leave a tip because I resent slaves working on my car. I think I was told they only get a couple of dollars commision for changing the oil.
I had a very unfortunate experience at this facility today. I went there and told the girl checking me in that I have a winding sound in my engine. She said I needed the $89 diagnostic fee procedure. I said ok. She said it might take 2-2 1/2 hrs to complete. So I went across street for lunch and returned at 2:30 an hr and half later. No one had looked at my car yet. Service is always slow here. It took 4 hours to have my tires changed and I was first in the door. They always seem to be under staffed.

Absolute Wonderful customer service. On the phone and in person. Happy they took me in so close to closing. Special thank you to Corey McNurlin who assisted us at the register.
Making an appointment here means nothing. Made one for 11:00, they finally get around to my car at around 12:30. A couple of people did walk over to where my keys were hanging and act like they were going to grab them off the peg before casually walking away though, so that was nice.
I made an appointment for 11 AM today for an oil change and they just called me to reschedule, saying they're all booked up today. I said I made an appointment online and he said he knows but the online appointment system does not take into account all of the offline appointments they already have booked. COME ON. How is their decoupled crappy appointment management system my problem?? From the other reviews here, iy seems this is a longstanding chronic problem they are not fixing. Came in tonight with a dead battery. I was told it would be 3 hrs, as they were very busy. To my surprise, they had me in/out in 45 minutes! Great customer service all the way through!
