Absolutely useless. Second time this week I went without a car, to not find the problem. And now you want to charge me for a diagnosis I asked you not to do. You already did, found nothing and auto zone does the same one for free! Never again!
Had the nicest experience yesterday. I was having my car detailed next door at the car wash, and wanted (needed) new mats and wipers. As I was headed past the register, probably looking lost, a gentleman named "The G Man", (because his real name is hard to pronounce he later told me). He asked if he could help me, and I was happy to receive it. He was very kind escorting me to the car mats, and then got me the exact wipers I needed. That wasn't all. I went to the store to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that all an appointment did for you is to put you in the front of the "waiting list". So you are at the mercy of the work that is being done. I was told it some cases it could take an hour. As far as I am concerned that is NOT what an appointment is. Also if you make the "appointment" there is no disclaimer that tells you any of this!
