Glad you asked. Dropped car off with a flat tire this morning at 9:15. There were customers trying to pay for items with no employee in sight. They asked us to leave the car and we explained we could but needed it ASAP because we had a wake to go to far away. At 4:30 the car was still sitting where we left it. By the time we got a call to get it we missed the time window to get to our destination. Not only did I have to return about four times when they did my tires last time, but they just told my poor mother that her alternator was fine... her car dies when she gets up north after driving on the highway only to find out her alternator was total shit. Your incompetent employees could have created a seriously dangerous situation. Multiple times. Thanks for that. Never ever giving them business and will be speaking to management.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband brought my car here for an oil change in September. Haven't done 3,000 miles and it's not due for one till march this is going off the sticker they gave me. And turns out there was no oil in my car after paying almost $80. I could have blown my engine. I'm very upset at the fact that this happened. Now they are giving me the run around about giving me a refund. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
Made a 10:00 appointment so I could get in and out. Get there a couple of minutes early and told I’m next and it will be 40 minutes. Eighty minutes later, it finally goes in the bay. Won’t be back

Went in for an oil change..excellent customer service!
Waited 2 1/2 hours for a oil change. They only had one mechanic on duty that day ! Never again ...... The mechanic never washed or wiped his hands off before entering my car to move it out of the bay. The inside of my car was grease marks everywhere!
