Very helpful staff. I live in SE Oklahoma, and I could not find a part that I needed anywhere near me. I called Oklahoma City, and none of the stores I called had it in stock. I called Dallas, no luck. They referred me to Denton. One store said they didn't have it, but another store did. So thankful for the service I received tonight. I was on my way from Houston to Kansas. Flat tire right outside of Dallas! Made it in to this shop with a few minutes before closing. They happily fixed my tire and sent me safely on my way! Bless you!

Took my car to Pep Boys for an oil change about 4 months ago.. First, every employee acted as if they had no idea what they were doing. Second, they tell me I have a play in my tire rod. Third, they tell me they can't to a tire rotation! Then I get in my car & instead of putting how many miles until I need my next oil change, they put how many miles were on the vehicle & that they rotated the tires, which they didn't.. Just had my breaks done and tires rotated. I pay which took awhile. I go to get in my car and notice that there is grease and grime all over my seat. I ask the tech to look at it and he gives me that it's not my problem look. He then makes me wait as he finds stuff to clean my car. Now they are cleaning my seat as I'm frustrated as I wait
I just wanted to give a shout out to the Pep Boys in Denton. They owed me an alignment from years ago when I bought a set of tires. We called to see if they would still honor it and they said yes! Great customer service!!!!
Wish I could give 0 stars! 20 minutes left, no one in either if the 2 bays that were open and said they couldn't do an inspection. Poor customer service!
